Consultants use advanced AI systems and are trained in different domains of knowledge. This is the difference with ChatGPT: our expert AIs are trained with specific databases.
How much does it cost to register with Expertia?
Registration on the Expertia platform is free of charge. Upon registration, you will receive 20,000 credits for free so you can test and start consulting.
Afterwards, you will have to select a Plan in order to be able to continue making queries and access all the platform's functions.
How many questions can I ask?
You can make unlimited consultations to all agents. Choose the agent specialised in the subject you wish to consult and start chatting with him/her. You can make as many enquiries as you wish with the One and Family plans.
In the Free plan you will have to buy credits to be able to make consultations. Each month you get 20,000 credits for free.
Can I try it for free before paying for a monthly plan?
Of course. To access the platform you must register as a user. Registration is free of charge.
Once you register, you will access the Free plan and you will receive a balance of 20,000 credits in your account so that you can start testing the platform by making queries to our agents.
Is my data safe at Expertia?
Absolutely. We take your privacy and data security very seriously.
Expertia complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) regulations of the European Union.
All your personal information that you may provide (email address, name, surname and telephone number) is encrypted and securely stored. We do not share your details with third parties without your consent.
Privacy of your data Expertia does not use your personal data to train consultant agents. We do improve the knowledge of consultants in the same way that AI engines do: using the responses and your interaction with these responses to improve the quality of the information provided and train the artificial intelligence for continuous improvement. In no case is this information linked to any personal data you may provide when registering your account with Expertia.
We train agents through publicly available knowledge in databases, evidence-based protocols and guidelines, etc.
Deletion of data We do not use the data you provide in your queries. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the query, the generated document or any other interaction. The data you delete is automatically removed from our server.
When you delete your account, all data is deleted from our server.
Data centre Expertia runs on a dedicated server hosted in a European data centre with SSL security with SHA-256 encryption.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?
In the rare event that you are not satisfied with the service we provide or the answers you receive from our consulting agents, you can open a support ticket stating why you are dissatisfied.
We will refund the amount paid if you did not get a good service (good answers) from our agents.

How do the monthly subscription plans work?
In order to be able to make consultations and use the platform's tools, you need to have credits. These are obtained by subscribing to a monthly plan.
There are different subscription plans depending on the use of the platform. The plans offer different amounts of credits and access to different functionalities.
You can subscribe from your User Panel to the plan that best suits your needs. There is no permanence and you can unsubscribe at any time. In addition, you can change from one plan to another whenever you want and as many times as you want.
How does the credit system work?
Credits are the "currency" used to be able to perform queries, generate documents, analyse documents, etc.
One credit (token) is a part of a word. It is neither a whole word nor the letters individually, but a part.
This token is used for natural language processing. For example, in English text, 1 token is equivalent to approximately 4 characters or 0.75 words.
